Pay Your Bills

Titan Utility Billing and their partner AABS provide residents with secure and easy online access to account information. Log in using the “Make a Payment” link above to view account information or make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can view your account status and balance any time you are online.
To set up your personal secure access, you must initially enter a security code that is unique to your account. The code is located on the stub of your postcard bill. (labeled sec.code). If you have trouble finding the code, call us at 1-800-678-5508 or email us at and our customer service representative will be happy to provide the code to you.
Once this code is entered, you will be taken to a screen that will ask you to choose a User Name and Password. The User Name must contain at least 6 letters and numbers.
The Password must contain at least 6 letters and numbers. Security increases greatly when you add a number or two to your password. Make sure you write your User Name and Password down and keep it secure, but accessible.
When you have accessed your account, you will be able to update your personal information, add your email address or even choose to receive your bills by way of email.
